Kona Geisha, Ferment Washed Process, Feather Light Roast 7oz, Whole Bean

This feather-light roast Kona Geisha accentuates clean yet complex notes. As one of the most popular coffee varieties in the world, flavors of geisha coffee is compared across different coffee origins such as Panama, Ethiopia, etc. We searched for years to find a Kona Geisha that can be light roasted without comprising cleanliness of the cup, and we are very happy to have found one.  

 

This late 2025 harvest micro-lot was produced by Frank Carissey at Uluwehi Coffee Farm. Uluwehi achieved 1st Place in Hawaii in the 2025 Annual HCA Cupping Competition. Frank is not new to growing and processing specialty coffee,  and we were able to meet him and understand his farm this year. It is immaculately clean, which really shows in the cupping profile.

 

This geisha is a ferment washed process coffee that is ever so lightly fermented, the result is more fruity and cleaner like a traditional washed geisha. We recommend a higher temperature to brew this coffee, as the layered flavors really shine.
